Kit Arkwright
Chief Executive OfficerKit has spent more than 15 years in marketing and communications, including six years in the UK with the promotional body for British Horseracing. He joined Beef + Lamb New Zealand in 2017 as Marketing Manager and has led the organisation as Chief Executive since 2021.
Antoinette Bisset
General ManagerAntoinette is a Chartered Accountant who has been with Beef + Lamb New Zealand since 2011. She oversees the wider team, manages key projects across the organisation, and keeps all things finance running smoothly.
Julia Sekula
Head of NutritionJulia is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian with a career built on translating nutrition science into practical, meaningful guidance. She leads the Nutrition Team and drives the nutrition strategy that underpins everything we do around health and food.
Katie brings a broad background in marketing, communications, and events across publishing, advertising, and client-side roles. She leads the marketing team and drives all marketing and communications activity for Beef + Lamb New Zealand.

Lisa has a background in marketing and public relations, with a particular focus on the foodservice industry. She manages our foodservice promotions and events, including the Ambassador Chef programme, and handles media relations for the organisation.
Nutrition Marketing and Communications ManagerKatrina Dixon
Katrina is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian who translates nutrition science into clear, engaging and evidence-based communications. She supports the nutrition strategy to highlight the role of beef and lamb in healthy eating patterns.
Victoria Ventham
DesignerVictoria is our in-house designer, creating the assets that bring the Beef + Lamb New Zealand brand to life. She has an extensive background in design, having worked across branding and packaging for FMCG and specialty products.
Kirsten McCaffrey
Digital ManagerKirsten leads Beef + Lamb New Zealand's digital and social strategy, bringing an extensive background in digital marketing and communications to the role. She keeps our online presence fresh, relevant, and connected to our audiences.
Cian Clarke
Digital Content ProducerOriginally from Dublin, Cian moved to New Zealand in 2025 bringing a background in television, social media, and events. He develops all video content for Beef + Lamb New Zealand and recipes.co.nz.
Nina Jackson
Digital ExecutiveNina brings experience in digital marketing, ecommerce and design. Working alongside the Digital Manager, she helps keep Beef + Lamb New Zealand's digital channels thriving and content plans on track.
Bronwyn has a background in office management and administration. She works alongside the General Manager to keep all things accounts running smoothly at Beef + Lamb New Zealand.
