If you are a registered Quality Mark retailer, you can access the following items free of charge:

Beef + Lamb New Zealand hats and aprons are available for anyone to order and purchase, including Quality Mark retailers.
Free items are provided for use in connection with an active Quality Mark licence and must only be used for that purpose. They must not be used on products that do not qualify for the Quality Mark, resold, or reproduced without prior written permission from Beef + Lamb New Zealand.
Quantities are limited, and Beef + Lamb New Zealand reserves the right to decline, limit or cancel an order if eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Payment for hats and aprons ordered through our online shop is processed through Shopify. Shipping is free of charge New Zealand-wide for registered Quality Mark retailers.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at enquiries@beeflambnz.co.nz with your order details and we will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. Beef + Lamb NZ does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
